Fine Print: Prices are based on the set session time, additional time is billed per minute by our hourly rate ($180/hr). This includes but is not limited to: supplementary assessments, form/note completion, and care team consultations outside of the call. We recommend completing and submitting all forms to the best of your ability prior to your session and connecting on time with minimal distractions to ensure the best use of your time during our assessment. Appointments cancelled due to incomplete forms or failure to provide minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation will not be refunded.

Payment must be received at time of appointment booking through valid credit card or online banking. To ensure equitable access to our services: prices may be adjusted for uninsured persons with demonstrated financial need. Please contact before booking to verify eligibility. Services may be eligible for reimbursement under client HSA (Health Spending Account) and third party insurance – clients are responsible to verify and submit their claims.

NP Katrina will not provide standalone forms completion or second opinion diagnosis for patients under active medical management for their condition of concern.
Virtual NP services are currently available to residents of: British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia, PEI, and Newfoundland & Labrador or persons physically present in any of these listed provinces only.
